Cut around the edges of the design 2. Make sure your skin is dry, clean and ideally hairless 3. Peel the clear plastic backing off the tattoo 4. Apply the tattoo with the design facing your skin 5. Apply even pressure to the tattoo paper backing using a wet cloth 6. Wait 30 seconds for the paper to absorb the water and gently remove the paper.
